Wednesday: 6:30pm Squad training on South Oval
Friday: 6:30pm Squad Training on South Oval
Matt and Michael will be organising and taking part in all squad trainings. We both have a huge amount of experience at racing in both national and international races and will be more than happy to tailor make a scedule for you no matter what your ability or what you're training for.
